  1. Provides Records Management Support for City Government Departments/Offices
  2. Undertakes:
    • a) Storage and eventual Disposal of inactive City Records.
    • b) Digitization of permanent City Records.
    • c) Conservation and Preservation of Damaged Records.
    • d) Collection and Archival of Historical and Enduring City Records.
  3. Conducts Records Management Trainings.
  4. Maintains the Electronic City Records Management System.
  5. Operates the City Archives and Records Center (CARC).
