- a) Storage and eventual Disposal of inactive City Recordsb) Digitization of permanent City Recordsc) Conservation and Preservation of Damaged Recordsd) Collection and Archival of Historical and Enduring City Records
- 3. Conducts Records Management Trainings
- 4. Maintains the Electronic City Records Management System5. Operates the City Archives and Records Center (CARC)
